Orders ship from a warehouse in the EU with tracking. Prices include VAT; shipping is added at checkout for your country, before you pay.

The free-shipping amount is measured after any promo code. When your order leaves the warehouse we e-mail you the carrier and a tracking link.
Returns
Changed your mind
You can cancel and return an item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. It must be unused and in its original packaging. You pay the return postage.
Faulty or damaged
Tell us with your order number and a photo. We replace or refund the item and pay the return postage.
How to return
Contact us with your order number first; we send the return address and instructions. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. The full terms are in the refund policy.
